Q. How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 7-10* business days from the date of when the order is placed. If you have requested an approval from our studio, then the order will be shipped 7-10* business days from the date of approval.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Kindly note that during peak seasons, such as the months leading up to Wedding Season, Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods, we experience a higher volume of orders. This may lead to slight delays in processing or shipping.
In case your order is not shipped within 14 days you will be eligible for a full refund, if we have not informed you about the delay.

Yes, we ship across the globe to all countries that are serviceable by our shipping partners – DHL, Blue Dart, Fed Ex, India Post, etc
Q. Do you charge GST?
In accordance with Indian tax regulations, all product prices include GST. To generate a business tax invoice at checkout, please provide your GST number.
Q. Can I exchange or return my order?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to our team for assistance with a replacement on hello@tantastikdesign.com with you order number, pictures if any and we will try our best to figure out your replacement.
