Q. How do I personalise a product?
When you select the product you want, there is a personalisation field right below. Fill in the personalisation option you wish to go ahead with.
Q. What if I want to change the font type?
You have to go ahead and make your purchase along with your personalisation. If you want to edit the font type you need to email us right away with your order number and the font type you wish to change it to. If it is possible to change from our end (certain products don’t look good with certain font types, or we might not have the font), we will. However, please note that the delivery of your order will then be determined once the new font type has been confirmed.
Q. Is it possible to change the colours in a design?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit our designs. You can however request a new design that can be created for you at an additional cost. Please feel free to reach out to us on hello@tantatsikdesign.com
